Job Description:

• Search and negotiate with customers who need to rent offices.
• Consulting customers and signing contracts.
• Monitor and negotiate contract renewals with current customers.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on work progress to superiors.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Specific jobs will be discussed during the interview.

Job requirements:

• Age under 35.
• Good English communication, knowing Korean is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience in office leasing or real estate.
• Good communication, negotiation and bargaining skills.
• Dynamic, hardworking and responsible.
