Job Description

Job description:
• Answer questions, complaints about orders / money / product errors / shipping ... during the process of customers buying and selling on Shopee based on available plans and processes.
• Clearly define and correct the complaint problem to give the most appropriate solution to the customer.
• Comply with the customer care process, giving customers the best service satisfaction.
• No sale, no sales pressure
Right:
• Income: 7,350000 - 8,350000 VND (LCB + KPI + Allowance).
• Salary support during training
• Professional and modern working environment, working equipment provided by the company when working at the office.
Working time:
• Working hours 09:00 - 18:00
• 6 days/week, 1 day off/week (Not fixed)
THE FOLLOWING MODE (60 DAYS) TRIAL:
