JOB DESCRIPTION
- Online on the company's application, coordinate with the departments in the company to take care and navigate customers on the app.
- Navigate customers to experience the features of the App
- Work online directly at the office, do not call, do not go out.
- Other tasks as directed by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required, fresh graduates are accepted.
- Working at Hanoi office
- Basic English reading comprehension (TOEIC > 400 or equivalent basic communication B1)
- Likes to communicate online with foreign customers, confident, not afraid to chat with customers
- Love using social networks about chatting, dating, livestream.
