Job Description

• Receive and handle customer issues and complaints related to the company's products and services.
• Consulting suitable solutions to solve problems for customers.
• Analyze and clarify the causes of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Support opening and maintaining accounts for customers.
• Reply to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services.
• Continuously monitor to promptly modify and adjust problems arising during customers' use of products/services.
• Handle calls, act as a bridge between customers and relevant departments.
• Support customers to place orders, resolve exchanges, refunds or cancel orders.
• Consulting on discount and promotion programs for customers.
• Collect, research and analyze customer needs as a basis for proposing business development strategies to superiors.
• Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
