Job Description

• Understand all information related to the products the company is trading.
• Understand competitor products to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of your product compared to competitors.
• Grasp customer needs to provide appropriate information and data, solving problems that customers are facing.
• Proactively contact and call potential customers to offer and persuade them to buy.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints and questions related to the company's products/services.
• Continuously update policies and promotions and send them to customers via social media.
• Coordinate with business and organizational departments to achieve set goals
