Job Description

• Receive data from the Marketing department to advise on products and service procedures at the TMV to customers in need.
• Direct fanpage, respond to customer advice
• Negotiate, consult, and persuade customers to use high-tech beauty services, spas, and cosmetic surgery.
• Remind customers about the next treatment date, book an appointment
• Receive and process customer requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by TMV
• Monitor and continuously update TMV's product/service policies.
• Statistics to make customer service reports as requested.
• Coordinate with other departments/divisions to achieve business goals.
