Job Description

• Support and advise appropriate solutions to solve customer problems
• Respond to messages, calls, and answer all customer questions before, during, and after using the Company's products/services.
• Continuously monitor to promptly modify and adjust issues arising during the process of customers using the Company's products/services.
• Support customers to place orders, resolve exchanges, refunds or cancel orders
• Maintain customer relationships to reuse products, increasing revenue for the company
• Contribute ideas and strive to complete all assigned tasks
