Quickly respond to customer/dealer inquiries

- Resolve customer/agent complaints

- Contact and coordinate with foreign agents in tracking shipments, checking freight rates, resolving complaints...

- Negotiate and work with co-loaders, shipping lines, and subcontractors to build and update the best price list and services.

- For export goods: track shipments for sales, ensure goods are sent safely and on schedule within a controllable range.

- For imported goods: track and assign imported goods shipments to sales.

Track agent's designated shipments.

- Notify and update goods status to customers, sales staff, and agents.

- Check and urge customers to deliver and receive goods on time to avoid additional costs.

- Take care of the company's existing customers as the role of a sales staff.

- During contact with customers, pay attention to collecting customer information and market trends, demand trends related to the company's services and report to the person in charge of the department.

- As a direct marketer, you need to pay attention to polishing and building the company's brand.

- Share experiences with colleagues.

- Report directly to the person in charge of the Import/Export Department, and report to higher levels of leadership when necessary.

- Perform other company tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
