Main job :
- Consulting and supporting customers on warehouse and workshop rental
- Search for customers from multiple channels
- Search for customers who want to rent the company's factories and warehouses.
- Taking care of rented customers.
- Search for other customers according to the company's required fields.
- Receive and respond to customer complaints/suggestions to improve service quality.
- Perform other related tasks to help increase customer experience and increase revenue
Request:
