Job Description
Receive and handle customer problems and complaints related to products. enterprise services.
Consulting on product solutions for customers.
Analyze and clarify customers' rights when importing TP's goods and binding terms
Respond to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services.
Continuously monitor to promptly correct and adjust problems that arise while customers use products/services.
Handling calls, acting as a bridge between customers and related departments.
Support customers to place orders, exchange goods, refund or cancel orders.
Make telesale calls for goods/services according to targets assigned by management.
Consulting on discount and promotional programs for customers.
Collect, research and analyze customer needs, as a basis for proposing business development strategies to superiors. (According to the Company's available form)
Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
Contribute ideas and strive to complete all assigned tasks well.
