Job details
- Take care of old customers, develop new customers based on available data.
- Receive customer information, advise, quote orders, monitor and support customers during the order process.
- Supervise and monitor contract completion
- Manage fashion and handmade export orders
- Report to superiors on indicators related to orders.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in customer service
- Good communication and negotiation skills, sociable and progressive spirit, responsible at work.
- Agile, dynamic, neat and good-looking appearance
- Having knowledge about fashion and garment industry is an advantage
- UV knows English which is an advantage.
