I. JOB DETAILS
- Responding to messages and phone calls to advise and support customers on social networks and e-commerce platforms
- Plan and track the order journey, handle problems that arise during and after receiving goods
- Receive and process customer requests and complaints across sources
- Call customer care based on available data
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Rotate shifts according to management arrangements:
+ Morning shift: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (lunch break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
+ Afternoon shift: 5pm - 11pm
- Female from 18-28 years old, working rotating shifts as arranged by manager
- Experience in consulting and handling complaints on social networks and e-commerce platforms
- Clear, easy-to-listen voice, not afraid to consult over the phone
- Know how to use a basic computer and type quickly
- Honest, hardworking, sociable
III. RIGHT
- Salary: (6,500,000 – 7,500,000 VND) + KPIs bonus
- OFF 2 days/month
- Lunch/dinner support
- Working on holidays X2 salary
- Review salary periodically (depending on personnel capacity)
