Job Description

Work content:
• Collect, track and store customer data.
• Customer support and care before, during and after sales.
• Receive customer request information.
• Support customers in contacting relevant departments to handle cases that arise during the contract period.
• Summarize and group customers after 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year of using the Company's services.
• Contact customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement marketing and sales promotion programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Job requirements:
• Graduating from college or higher,
• Priority is given to having experience in customer service/customer service positions or customer communication jobs;
• Easy-to-listen voice, good communication;
• Ability to handle situations flexibly, communicate skillfully, and have a standard voice.
• Good Excel, Word... skills
