Job Description

• Receive, consult and answer information about the Clinic's Services through channels (Voice, email, social networks, ...)
• Resolve customer complaints directly or indirectly through channels. Timely report customer issues to be resolved to the Direct Manager.
• Visit the customer's health after examination/treatment, remind the re-examination schedule and record the customer's comments.
• Receive information about appointment appointments from sources, support customers to come to the clinic in the most convenient way.
• Register and collect medical examination fees for customers in accordance with the clinic's procedures
• Coordinate with related departments to implement programs related to Clinic's Customer Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
