- Working at the Call Center of Philips Vietnam - Receive incoming calls/Chat and resolve within the scope of handling. - Bring a special experience to customers with professionalism and personalization. - Retain customers with existing services through the use of proactive customer service/consultation techniques and help customers feel the value of customer service - Continuously improve product knowledge and understanding, participate in continuous training courses to match the change of business strategy - Use systems and report problems to management to find the final solution - Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a positive attitude to commit to delivering excellent results for the company - Perform other duties as assigned - Working time: from 9:00 to 18:00 (One day off per week) - Note: Only English CVs are accepted
