Job duties
- Liaise between customers and partners to resolve issues such as: additional travel advice, amendments, cancellations, complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate tools, methods and processes.
- Immediately report serious cases/emergent situations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on service.
- Actively update information / knowledge about customer service.
