WORK CONTENT
Searching and contacting customers who are investors, accounting consultants, general contractors, air conditioning construction and ventilation companies for Building projects, Industrial Parks, factories, commercial service projects, logistics.
Advising customers on options that match their needs and goals.
Explain and clarify customer questions and concerns.
Respond to messages and advise, answer all questions of customers before, during and after using products/services.
Continuously monitor to correct and promptly adjust problems arising in the process of customers using products/services.
Acting as a bridge between customers and related departments of the company, solving problems that occur in the process before, during and after the contract.
Collect, research and analyze customer needs, as a basis to propose better development strategies in business with superiors.
