- Categorize customers based on researched needs.
- Survey customers on classified lists by phone.
- Create a customer network through communication channels.
- Consulting, introducing services when customers need.
- Perform customer care, maintain and develop new customers based on available resources.
- Participate in skill training courses from basic to advanced.
