- Call to contact and consult to introduce products / services of the customer company on the list of data provided by the company.
- Divide and screen potential customers, follow up customer care.
- Answer questions from customers, provide information requested by customers.
- Report to the direct manager on the work results and coordinate with the manager to handle problems arising at work.
