- Building and developing relationships with customers that are related to or affect the company's reputation and revenue.
- Attend meetings, training sessions
- Support departments when directed by superiors
- Implement the right and sufficient customer support programs and policies.
- Support sending and receiving documents, from the company to the customer and vice versa. (when required).
- Negotiate and renew contracts with existing customers.
- Bringing new product lines of the company to old customers.
- Daily work report. (Form)
- Earnings - Report changes or all unexpected, past and present problems in the assigned market on customer and competitor issues.
- Collect and report customer feedback on product and service quality to upper management.

Candidate Requirements:
- Voice: Easy to listen to, speak Southern accent (Priority of origin in the Southern region)
- Appearance: Good-looking, polite, well-groomed
- Priority is given to candidates who are living or working in Hoc Mon area.
