Job description
- View, check, approve customer's posts posted on e-commerce platform website (browse news)
- Check and handle cases of customers posting violations on e-commerce website websites (handling fraud)
- Check browsing quality (QA)
- Support customer care posting (CS)
- NO SALES, NO TELESALE, NO SALES, NO OUTSIDE WORK.
- Working time: 06 days/week - rotating shift (shift 1: 07h-16h, shift 2: 09h-18h, shift 3: 12h-21h) and take one day off any week.
- Salary: 6.2 million + Bonus (according to job responsibility)
