Work responsibility
- Process refund and cancellation orders daily, monthly.
- Monitoring sales quality from - Telesale, Chat sale.
- Consulting and answering customers' questions via hotline numbers.
- Taking care of customers by phone, text message on holidays, customer's birthday.
- Call customers on the list (data) available to check the quality of the company's consulting and products.
- Propose new and old customer care programs with team leader.
- Customer database management.
- Implement sales page evaluation programs.
- Support other tasks as required by superiors.
Job requirements
- Male / female age
- Good English can listen, speak, read and write well
- Standard voice: easy to hear, round and clear, no dialect, slur or other defects in voice.
- Listening and understanding customer psychology.
- Good communication, presentation, persuasion, problem solving & situation handling skills.
- Proficiency in using the Internet and typing.
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- Shift working hours:
13h to 20h
18h to 23h
- Have a progressive spirit, good communication and listening skills.
- Hardworking, responsible and dedicated to work.
- Have a desire to connect and develop with Sachi.
- Experience: Not required, but experience in online sales or cosmetics is an advantage.
