Job description:
• Consulting and answering questions of customers who have been using the product
• Understand customer needs and promote customer care.
• Other jobs directly assigned by management
• From Monday to Saturday every week: 8:15-17:30, Lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30
Job requirements:
• Male/Female from age
• University graduate or higher or final year student
• Have a spirit of cooperation, high responsibility, eager to learn.
• Good communication and situational skills, meeting job requirements
• Have a personal laptop
