- Answer questions related to the operations the Company is providing: Import-export process, inspection process, certification of goods and products;
- Provide processes and solutions to handle customer problems;
- Continuously monitor and respond to customers (via email, zalo,...);
-Synthesize service records exchanged with professional departments;
- Statistics and reporting on service provision status, service progress, and arising issues to the Board of Directors;
- Job requirements will be discussed in more detail during the interview;
- Working time: 5.5 days/week; From Monday to Saturday morning:
Morning: From 8:00 a.m.; Afternoon: From 13:30.

Office: No., corner / Bui Huy Bich, Hoang Mai, Hanoi
- Graduation from college or university with majors in Marketing, international economics, Logistics, etc. is preferred;
- Good command of English is a big advantage;
