JOB DETAILS:
- Handling complaints, receiving all customer inquiries about products and services
- Surveying, measuring and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Manage customer information on the system
- Support customers to provide information about products and services
- Make detailed reports daily, weekly, monthly
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Know English
- Proficient in office.
- Voice is clear, easy to hear, do not speak local accent.
- Have good customer care skills, sales skills, good situation handling skills.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, professional working attitude, positive thinking and high will to progress
