JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consult and answer customer questions about the company's products/services according to the data provided by the company.
- Manage customer information and continuously update it on the database system.
- Data is provided, quality and reputable products.
- Care and maintain relationships with old customers.
- Report daily results via company-provided software account.
