I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Call the company's customers to inquire about service usage to collect information about customers' product and service usage;
• Receive feedback on products and services and respond to customer requests for software support according to procedures within the scope of work;
• Record and forward customer feedback to the processing department and superiors.
