- Responsible for the entire operation process (Goods, Personnel, Delivery performance) of the area/module in charge through:
- Manage import, export, inventory and coordinate the work of goods from Shop to warehouse and to customers.
- Assign work to delivery staff, follow up to ensure delivery progress. Analyze and evaluate the delivery performance of employees on each area and route.
- Confirm successful delivery orders and collect payment from delivery staff.
- Close the bank payment after each shift.
- Responsible for personnel management, collection of money, ensuring goods arrive at the right place, at the right time, at the right request of the customer. Handling arising in the delivery process.
- Coordinate with Human Resources department to ensure input quality and progress, training integration training and answering work-related questions... Perform other administrative tasks as required by superiors.
- Report status, weekly delivery activities, propose solutions. Submit weekly and monthly reports to superiors on time.

Working time: 07h30 - 17h30, 6 days/week (During the working process, the Head of Department will arrange suitable working time).
