Receive phone numbers from the Digital Marketing department and call customers to confirm information; schedule customers to come for trial lessons and experiences; send customer list to consultants.
Monitor and record customer needs, monitor customer status until the customer comes to the branch to receive direct consultation.
Make an appointment for customers to come to the center to try out and arrange a trial lesson with the trainer/person in charge at the branch. The trial lesson schedule may change depending on the customer's needs.
Monitor and ensure close follow-up of every data sent from the Digital Marketing department.
Take care of potential customers, ensure work results meet KPI targets.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Candidate requirements
No experience required, priority given to those with experience in similar positions.
Pleasant voice, fluent communication, priority given to candidates who have worked as telesales, direct sales, sales staff, consultants.
Ability to handle situations and grasp needs well.
Working hours: Flexible shifts 8 hours/day, 4 days off/month. Working shifts:
Shift 1: 9:00-18:00
Shift 2: 13:00-21:00.
