JOB DETAILS:
Kitchen staff assist the head chefs. They must ensure the quality of ingredients and food before, during, and after preparation. They must manage, maintain, and efficiently utilize kitchen equipment and tools. They must also ensure food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation and work process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials and food before, during, and after processing.
- Manage, maintain, and use kitchen tools and equipment effectively.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene during processing and work.
- Prepare the ingredients as requested by the head chef.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and quick workflows.
- Comply with workplace safety and fire prevention regulations.
