WORK CONTENT: - Manage and control work in the kitchen department
Directly disseminate new regulations and information from superiors to employees in the department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assign work to staff in the Kitchen Department
Plan spending and ordering, then divide work among related positions
Control the staff's working process, ensuring proper implementation of the restaurant's standard procedures
- Plan menus, set out cooking specifications and food quality
Responsible for planning and creating menus;
Assign and assign specific tasks to staff (kitchen assistants)
Set out processing specifications and provide professional guidance to kitchen staff on the process of preparing dishes to meet customer service standards.
