- At least 6 months of experience in hot kitchen within Western cuisine.
- Willing to work rotating shifts: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM & 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM./ Working rotating shifts: 6:30 14:30 and 14:30 22:30.

Schedule/ Route:
- Probation: 2 months.
- Working time: 8 hour per day (rotating shift)/ Working time: 8 hour rotation shift.
