* Strictly implement the rules, regulations, and procedures issued by the Team and the Company.

* Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

* Comply with the duty position assignment of the Shift Leader.

* Regularly patrol the assigned area.

* Control people, assets, and goods entering/exiting the building.

* Guide and remind guests to follow the rules and regulations of the building management board.

* Make records of incidents that occur in cases of violation of the Company's issued rules and regulations, along with other recommendations.
