Job Description
Protect company assets, ensure security and order inside and outside around the fence; Job Description prevention against bad intrusions.
Be tactful and polite in the process of controlling employees and guests entering and leaving the company, and guide business contacts to the right place.
Manage keys to classrooms, function rooms, and offices (for school shifts). Must hand over the number of keys under management every time a shift (shift leader) is assigned.
Create a book to track the movement of assets and equipment under warranty, temporary transfer from one campus to another, and import and export goods. All assets exported from the Company must have an export note or a consent form to move assets outside the Company and must have the consent of the Board of Directors and Department Head.
