Job Description
Regular inspection and maintenance of central technical equipment and systems: electricity, water, wastewater treatment, gas, fire protection, air conditioning, central submersible pump system...
Ensure technical systems operate continuously, efficiently, safely and according to procedures;
Install, operate and repair technical equipment as assigned;
Supervising and guiding contractors and customers to perform technical construction in accordance with technical and safety requirements;
Support to record periodic electricity and water indicators for customers;
