Perform periodic elevator maintenance for customers and respond to damaged elevator equipment - Determine the condition and cause of ladder damage - Replace spare parts and equipment and ensure elevators and escalators operate well - Carry out quality inspection during construction, repair and maintenance - Be the contact person between customers and colleagues - Maintain equipment and tools used in maintenance work in good working condition - Resolve and repair damage problems in emergencies and unplanned situations when required - Comply with safety regulations and procedures when performing work - Prepare regular and extraordinary reports on maintenance work - Other tasks assigned by the Head of Maintenance and direct management
