- Arrange and negotiate progress with Sales.
- Analysis of technical requirements BOQ/drawings.
- Unloading volume, applying equipment prices.
- Calculation – reasonable/competitive price balance.
- Advise Sales to choose the right solution when reducing prices or bidding with competitors.
- Communicate with Engineering to clarify and fix common errors in quotation and actual production.
- Combine the technical knowledge of the company's products to come up with a suitable quotation.
- Answer and support sales on issues related to Tender's quotation.
- Adjust the quotation according to the new design/customer's request.
- Store and enter data as prescribed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate or higher graduation.
- Good communication skills at work.
- Have experience and ability appropriate to the job content.
- Understanding of industrial electrical products, Electrical engineering is an advantage.
TIME AND PLACE OF WORKING:
- Working from Monday to Saturday morning: 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Working place: 1050/14 Pham Van Dong Street, Quarter 9, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, City. Thu Duc, City. Ho Chi Minh.
