Job description - Respond to customers about flight information and advise customers on choosing good routes with the most competitive prices. - Book reservations, calculate prices, quote prices and carry out procedures: book/issue/refund/change tickets according to customer requests. - Monitor and manage bookings, remind customers about ticket issuance deadlines as well as notify customers about flight changes. - Manage assigned customer portfolio. - Resolve questions and complaints from customers on ticket-related issues. - Advise customers on necessary documents to bring - No experience, training will be provided.
