Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the Company's plastic products.

• Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners (direct or indirect).
• Directly implement and supervise contract implementation. Including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and checking product quality with customers.
• Receive and handle customer complaints about products.
• Monitor contract liquidation process, debt collection. Responsible until customer completes payment.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to procedures.
• Make reports related to work situation: survey customer needs, competitor activity trends
