- Work with the Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager and the team to achieve sales goals and other business performance indicators. - Consulting on brands; Find out needs and introduce cosmetics to customers; Instruct customers to use products appropriately. - Try to complete sales targets. - Display and preserve products in the store; Maintain cleanliness of counters and shelves; Inventory and ensure quantity of goods in charge. - Develop and maintain good relationships with customers. - Promote team spirit and cooperative attitude to solve problems towards collective and individual goals. - Understand and implement operational activities of the store system, as well as ensure the professional image of sales staff and stores is always maintained
