Inventory check: Count the quantity by code in each department and sum up to get the total inventory. Must always ensure accuracy and honesty in inventory check.
Goods Preservation: Employees are responsible for always taking care of goods, keeping products clean, guiding customers to view and check products properly. Immediately report to the store manager when discovering damage or loss.
Merchandise Display: Always ensure that the shelves are neat and tidy (follow the display guidelines)
Product Knowledge: Memorize all product codes for sale (old and new). Have a good grasp of product skills: origin, material, color, product form, design, features, packaging, customer service.
Consulting and selling: Must memorize and understand the working steps as in the training document. Regularly find potential customers and set up appointments. Approach to consult and sell products.
Other Information: Update information about new product information: product form, material, color, style, etc. Statistics on the number of customers at the store and (customers viewing, trying, buying) for company products. Update information: goods, revenue and increase/decrease rates of suppliers at neighboring stores.
Closing shift at the end of the day: Submit sales invoices. Take inventory of goods, balance books – pay money. Supplement missing items. Take inventory of business support tools.
Attend new product training sessions: Receive new products and materials. Listen to new product instructions and memorize them.
