Job Description

• Product introduction, technical features, benefits and prices and advice on suitable audio solutions.
• Carry out the sales process directly at the store or via online channels (Zalo, Facebook, Website, Shopee,...).
• Create quotes, track orders, and contracts as needed.
• Ensure sales are achieved according to assigned plan.
• Call and text customer care after sales.
• Handle complaints, support warranty and return according to company policy.
• Regularly learn about new products and new technologies in the audio field.
