Job Description

• Welcome guests to the Spa: open the door for guests to enter/exit, make and pour tea to invite guests.
• Understand information, knowledge, introduce products and services to advise and sell to customers.
• Coordinate with Foreign Manager to provide product and service consultation to customers.
• Introduce promotions and gifts to customers
• Enter and manage detailed customer information data into Myspa software.
• Customer care before, during and after using services/products.
• Track and manage Spa products and supplies: inventory, enter data into MySpa software.
• Arrange and schedule for customers when coming to use Spa services and notify the Spa internal group so that technicians can prepare best.
• Support Marketing Team to film and take photos to promote Spa.
• Keep the store clean and ensure a clean working environment.
