SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ SALES STAFF MT/ TT CHANNEL

• Sales MT: Co.op chain, Citimart, Kohnan, Family Mart, Circle K, Ministop,
• Sales TT: Stores, wholesalers, traditional retailers.

TRADITIONAL CHANNEL (TT):

Take photos and check in at the display shelves. Display products at the store according to company regulations and clean the products.

Introduce company products and programs and build customer relationships.

Place orders and track orders.

Listen and record feedback from customer reports.

Support delivery of urgent orders from customers request.

Interact to receive early responses from managers and relevant departments during working hours.

Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

MODERN CHANNEL/SUPERMARKET (MT):

Implement and ensure daily, monthly and yearly sales targets

Ensure adequate stock in supermarkets in charge

Build and maintain good relationships with target customers

Responsible for expanding new customers and maintaining old customers

Negotiate with customers to expand product display points, increase SKUs

Manage displays and POSM in each supermarket to optimize brand recognition

Implement new programs, promotional events and policies for supermarkets.

Resolve customer concerns and maintain good customer relations

Conduct market and competitor research

Report as required by management

Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Benefits:

• Fixed salary + allowance: 8.5 million - 9 million. Total income including bonus from 8.5 million - 15 million/month
• 1 month probation, 85% salary. Full social insurance after 1 month.
• 12 days off/year, holidays and Tet according to State regulations.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing in FMCG field, priority given to food, confectionery, milk,
• Have personal vehicle, ready to go to market

Working hours: 08:00-17:00 from Monday to Saturday (1 hour lunch break)
