- Job details:

- Directly implement and manage Facebook Ads campaigns according to the approved budget. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance based on metrics such as: CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion, and bid.

- Proactively adjust the campaign when performance is not meeting expectations.

- Prepare regular (daily/weekly/monthly) advertising performance reports for the Department Head and Manager.

- Propose creative ideas and optimal strategies to improve advertising effectiveness and reduce costs.

- Handle issues that arise during the ad campaign (accounts, ads, pages).

- Coordinate and support relevant departments in marketing communications activities as needed.

- Job requirements:

- Male/Female, aged 20-35.

- Have at least 6 months of experience running Facebook Ads campaigns.

- Proficient in Meta Business Manager, understanding the principles of Facebook ad distribution and optimization.

- Possesses marketing mindset and data analysis skills; able to write concise and effective advertising content.

- Honest, highly responsible, and able to withstand KPI pressure.

- Proactive and ambitious; capable of working independently and as part of a team effectively.

- Good health, ready to work in a high-intensity environment.

- Gentle, flexible personality, oriented towards long-term commitment.
