Job description
1. Dump software system report daily.
2. Match with the whole service process.
3. Send information to the carrier to check the cause of the service delay
4. Send a report to the operator asking the operator to explain the missing orders on the system
5. Check the arrival and departure time of the vehicle: inner city and provincial buses
6. Service quality error checking
Job requirements:
1. Qualification: Graduated from Colleges, Universities nationwide.
2. Experience required: At least 01 year of experience or more in a similar position, preferably in the field of transportation, logistics, ...
3. Communication skills, problem presentation skills, negotiation: Clear, coherent, confident, well presented and logical.
4. Job skills: analysis, synthesis, reporting and problem solving.
5. Withstand high pressure at work, able to work independently or in groups.
