Job description:
- Organize meetings and schedule customer visits, meet customers
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Maintain internal database
- Send spending reports
- Maintain employee records (both written and digital)
- Maintain a system of data records about customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Organize, store and print company documents when needed
- Handling queries from managers and employees
- Prepare company profiles, manage company website and fanpages
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with these policies
- Support other departments
Request :
- University or higher majoring in: Law, Business Administration, Economics, English Language, Office Administration
- Ability to organize and work in a team.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Having general knowledge about corporate governance, in-depth understanding of the field of administrative and human resource management, mastering legal documents and legal documents of enterprises.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point
- Organize scientific work and have the ability to organize well meetings.
- Communication and persuasion skills
- Negotiation skills
