Perform tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and the business and operational activities of the Car Rental Department.
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts with clients.
Calculate the related costs incurred during the operation process.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Department Head or Sales Director.
- Job requirements:
Graduates with a college degree or higher in Economics, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, etc.
Speaks with a Southern accent.
At least one year of experience in a similar position is required. Candidates with experience as a sales administrator for pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, or clinics, and experience with contracts/tender documents, are preferred.
Proficient in office computer skills.
Honest, dynamic, and enthusiastic at work; good communication skills and sociable.
Responsible for assigned tasks and able to handle high work pressure.
