Job Description

JOB DETAILS
• Monitor and manage social interactions on the company's page
• Answer and advise customers' problems through messages and comments on the page
• Navigating customers to use the company's products
• Control negative comments on the page
• Reporting as required by management

REQUEST
• Prior experience on page 6 months or more, experience in dairy products, diapers, pharmaceuticals is an advantage (no experience will be trained)
• Hardworking, agile, progressive, good thinking ability and handling situations
• Responsibility for work
