Draft, review, and manage candidate profiles in Japanese
- Check CV, Japanese proficiency of candidates online - offline
- Plan and organize online-offline interviews according to the needs of the client company.
- Directly correspond with Japanese and Vietnamese partners as assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with departments to notify information about interview schedules, candidate lists, and interview results.
- Translate and interpret documents and meetings related to human resources from Vietnamese to Japanese and vice versa
- Administrative/office operations and support for recruitment and human resource management activities for the company
- Work as directed by the company
